ST. ANNE'S CATHOLIC SCHOOL OFFERS LICENSED AFTER-SCHOOL CARE TO
FULL-TIME STUDENTS IN GRADES PREK - 8 AS FOLLOWS:
Hours
of Operation
Monday - Friday; 3:00 - 5:30 p.m.
* except Holy Thursday, last day of school, and when
school closes early in case of bad weather
Activity
Schedule Grades K-8
3:00 - 3:30 bathroom break & snack
3:30 - 4:00 outside play/indoor activities
4:00 - 5:00 homework
5:00 - 5:30 clean-up time
Pre-school
Provisions
Pre-school students in St. Anne's after-school care are supervised
following a student:teacher ratio of 10:1. They have a designated
space for their personal belongings, a separate area for lunchboxes,
and a hook for their clothing.
Caregiver
Qualifications
Childcare personnel are carefully screened and are required to attain
8 hours of childcare training yearly.
Emergency
Forms & Procedures
After-school personnel have copies of each student's Emergency Form
kept on file in the school office. Parents should add any special
instructions about their child's care in writing on the emergency
forms, Parents should inform teachers/caregivers of any ALLERGY
a child has or any limitations or restrictions relating to snacks.
If any medication must be administered, a "Dispensing of Medication
Form" must be completed. All medication is kept in the school
office and is administered by school personnel.
Snacks
Snacks are nutritious, pre-packaged food and fruit in season. Milk
and juice are provided. Snack menus are sent home monthly and are
posted on the classroom door.
Fees
3:00 - 4:00 $4 per child
3:00 - 5:30 $8 per child
Monthly - $110 for 1 child/$160 for 2 children
All users will be billed monthly through the school
office.
THE
SCHOOL CANNOT ACCOMMODATE CHILDREN PAST 5:30 P.M.
ALL CHILDREN MUST BE PICKED UP NO LATER THAN 5:30 P.M.
Our After-school staff have other commitments. If the St. Anne's
After-school schedule does not meet a family's needs, other arrangements
should be made.
