Saint
Anne's Catholic Cemetery
Catholic
Cemeteries are among the greatest testimonials of our faith
Catholic Cemeteries are not mere memorials to the dead, they
are monuments to eternity that evoke feelings of faith and the
universal hope of resurrection.
Christians are united not by race or age or affluence but by
their unity in their belief in the resurrection and eternal
life.

Cemetery Cross Raising - The event took place on Feb 6.
The cross was made by James "Skeeter" Ritter. A
number of people were on hand to watch. Fr. Tim has not set
a date to bless the cross and is thinking of an appropriate
time.
The
wood is Purple Heart. This is an extremely hard Brazilian
wood which starts out purple, turns brown with age, then grey.
In the future, plans are to mount a bronze Corpus on the cross.
