Year of Faith

Pope Benedict XVI declared that a "Year of Faith" will begin on October 11, 2012 and conclude on November 24, 2013. October 11, 2012, the first day of the Year of Faith, is the fiftieth anniversary of the opening of the Second Vatican Council. In celebration of the Year of Faith, St. Anne's will be presenting a variety of scripture study opportunities and activities.

"Year of Faith" Scripture Study

The Year of Faith scripture study begins the week of October 1, 2012. Sign ups begin mid-September. Watch the bulletin for more details. Study groups will meet as follows: Monday 1:00pm - 2:30pm and Tuesday 6:15pm - 7:45pm

Evangelization Team Project

St. Anne's Evangelization Team will be organizing a project to reach out to Catholics in our community that are loosely connected to the church. In an attempt to reestablish a new, stronger unity with these parishioners, a book, "Rediscovering Catholicism" by Matthew Kelly will be sent to them. This will hopefully prompt a desire to return to attending Mass on a regular basis.
